DDR2 SDRAM\uff08Double Data Rate Two SDRAM\uff09\uff1a\u4e3a\u53cc\u4fe1\u9053\u4e24\u6b21\u540c\u6b65\u52a8\u6001\u968f\u673a\u5b58\u53d6\u5185\u5b58\u3002DDR2\u5185\u5b58Prefetch\u53c8\u518d\u5ea6\u63d0\u5347\u81f34 bit\uff08DDR\u7684\u4e24\u500d\uff09\uff0cDDR2\u7684I\/O\u9891\u7387\u662fDDR\u76842\u500d\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f266\u3001333\u3001400MHz\u3002\u4e3e\u4f8b\uff1a\u6838\u5fc3\u9891\u7387\u540c\u6837\u6709133\uff5e200MHz\u7684\u9897\u7c92\uff0cI\/O\u9891\u7387\u63d0\u5347\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u4e0b\uff0c\u6b64\u65f6\u7684DDR2\u4f20\u8f93\u901f\u7387\u7ea6\u4e3a533\uff5e800 MT\/s\u4e0d\u7b49\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u5e38\u89c1\u7684DDR2 533\u3001DDR2 800\u7b49\u5185\u5b58\u89c4\u683c\u3002<\/p>\n
